The Manor House

Eaton’s Manor House dates from the 1600s and has almost an acre of private walled gardens running down to the Eaton Brook. There are two luxurious Queen Anne mahogany four-poster bedrooms (one en-suite) and in total six bedrooms and four bathrooms, one of which is the main family bathroom on the first floor. There is dining for up to 18 guests. Please note that this property is unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Toad Hall

Toad Hall is an outstanding craftsman-built holiday cottage set in its own courtyard, with a private patio and large enclosed gardens. Toad Hall has six en-suite bedrooms and an enormous family living room. It is ideal for large groups, events and celebrations.

First Floor

• Henry Room : three single beds and en-suite shower room.

Pendennis

This luxury six-bedroom, four-bathroom modern single-storey holiday cottage stands in almost an acre of private gardens with spectacular views. Special features are two stunning six-foot four-poster en-suite bedrooms and a beautiful conservatory, complete with underfloor heating for winter evenings.

Eaton Cottage

This stunning, secluded, stone cottage is a new addition to Eaton Manor Estate and is set in its own extensive private mature gardens, with quiet corners to relax in and an area to play outside games such as football. The sun room opens out into the garden, and the kitchen / dining room is striking, with a hand-made oak kitchen and induction hob, making it the perfect place in which to entertain. The cosy sitting room for eight has a log-burning stove. There is a shower room with toilet on the ground floor and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle on the first floor.

It has been renovated by master craftsmen using traditional techniques, is set in a large enclosed private garden, and provides dining for up to ten guests.

There is a sofa bed for an additional guest. With dining for four guests, this is an ideal cottage for teachers / coaches.
